Phase 3 calls for the proposed Boardwalk with limited marina facilities. This will prove a delight to everyone; from a casual stroll, to spotting the different multi colored fish in these crystal clear waters.

To the East there is an existing boat ramp. Home owners boats may be launched here. The proposals call for Larger craft to be berthed in the marina with  depths ranging from  4 to 6ft 6 inches.

This is an excellent location. Home owners may undertake day trips.Visit the local beach bars and restaurants in Highhrock or venture a little futher to Petersons Cay or Port Lucaya. The area is renown for good fishing. Nearby reefs and blue holes are perfect to snorkel or scuba.

Fish are in abundance, lobster and conch flourish in these waters. This area is famous for its bone fishing along the shoreline.
